POSITION: DYNAMICS PROGRAMMER - FULL REMOTE
? 1. YOUR ROLE
You will join a technical team involved in the development and implementation of solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
You will be responsible for configuring and implementing Dynamics solutions according to customer requirements.
You will work on the configuration of Customer Service and Omnichannel modules.
You will be involved in the management and implementation of Dataverse and related processes.
You will collaborate on testing, deployment and solution release support activities.
You will interface with the technical team and stakeholders involved in the implementation of the solutions.
You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, developing skills in digital transformation and CRM solutions.
?️ 2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Configure and implement solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics.
Support the configuration and customization of Customer Service functionalities.
Manage and configure Omnichannel solutions according to project requirements.
Implement and configure Dataverse and related application processes.
Analyze functional requirements and translate them into configurations and technical solutions.
Support development and process optimization activities within the platform.
Perform testing activities on implemented solutions.
Support deployment and release activities for updates.
Collaborate in resolving any technical issues arising during testing
