NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, is an education Academy focusing on arts and design: it is the largest private Academy in Italy, and the first one to have been recognized by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR), back in 1980. As a recognized Academy, NABA offers academic diplomas equivalent to first and second level university degrees in the fields of design, fashion, graphics and communication, multimedia arts, set design, and visual arts.

Industry Relations Specialist (maternity leave cover)
Industry Relations Specialist will support the development, management and growth of NABA’s corporate partnerships. The role combines business development and project management activities, contributing to the identification of new collaboration opportunities while supporting the successful planning and delivery of initiatives involving companies, faculty and students across both NABA campuses in Milan and Rome, working towards shared strategic and business development objectives.
The selected candidate will take care of the following activities:
Business Development & Partnership Acquisition
- Contribute to the expansion of NABA’s corporate network by identifying, researching and engaging prospective partner companies aligned with the Academy’s educational vision.
- Proactively develop new partnership opportunities through market research, networking and outreach activities
- Suport the preparation of proposals, conducting meetings and building long-term relationships with corporate stakeholders.
Partnership & Project Management
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of corporate partnerships and collaborative projects, ensuring effective collaboration among companies, faculty, students and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate operational activities related to workshops, special projects, executive education and corporate training initiatives, events, scholarships, competition
