- MilanA leading pan-European real estate investment and development group is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join its growing Italian platform and take a leading role in the continued transformation and value creation of its Italian portfolioKey ResponsibilitiesTake strategic responsibility for the performance and value creation of the asset by identifying opportunities to increase income and capital value.Monitor asset performance against budget, business plan and investment objectives.Identify opportunities for further repositioning, redevelopment, refurbishment and alternative uses.Evaluate potential acquisitions, disposals, extensions and investment opportunities as the Italian portfolio develops.Work closely with the leasing team and external agency partners to optimise tenant mix and occupancy.Identify opportunities to improve rental income,
lease terms and tenant quality.Lead negotiations with key tenants where appropriate, including renewals, restructurings, incentives and new lettings.Ensure the tenant mix remains aligned with the wider retail, leisure, F&B; and experiential strategy.Work alongside development and project management teams to ensure projects are delivered against approved budgets, programmes and investment objectives.Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, sustainability and operational efficiency.Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and five-year business plans.Undertake investment appraisals, scenario analysis and valuation analysis.Produce regular asset management reporting for senior management and investment stakeholders.Work closely with the property manager and operating partners to improve asset performance.Candidate ProfileProven experience in retail real estate, asset management or investment management.A strong track record man
