About the Role
As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a Technical Sales Manager – Transformers to support the expansion of our transformer business. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of technology and business development: the successful candidate will combine solid technical expertise in transformers with strong commercial skills, acting as the key link between our customers, our Business Development team, and our engineering and production organization.
The position is part of the EGLA Business Development team and works in close coordination with our engineering and manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
Support and drive the expansion of the transformers business, contributing both technical expertise and commercial development;
Act as the technical interface between customers, the Business Development team, and internal engineering and production teams, translating customer requirements into feasible technical and industrial solutions;
Provide technical support throughout the sales process: feasibility assessments, product/application discussions, technical clarifications, and solution definition;
Prepare technical and economic proposals in collaboration with internal engineering and operations teams, and support commercial negotiations through to contract closure;
