THE ROLE
Our Authorized Service Partners (ASPs) play a critical role in Canyon’s direct-to-consumer model. They serve as local hubs of mechanical excellence for our riders—providing expert bike assembly, routine maintenance, specialized repairs, and official warranty support so our customers receive seamless, professional care without losing time on the road.
As our Authorized Service Partner Coordinator, you will own the local service network across Italy. You will build strong relationships with local service partners, handle network performance and administration, and drive selective expansion. By spending approximately 40% of your time on the road, you will directly identify and onboard new partners,
deliver hands-on training on tools and new product launches, and ensure our customers always experience the highest level of service.
This role will be based on our brand-new location in Pedrengo (BG).
YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW
- Network Maintenance & Selective Expansion: Maintain and strengthen the existing Authorized Service Partner (ASP) network in Italy while driving strategic, selective expansion to improve coverage and service access.
- Onboarding & Tool Training: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners and deliver structured training on technical tools, service processes, and upcoming product launches.
- Performance & Administration: Manage partner performance, monitor SLAs, and handle administrative workflows to ensure high-quality service standards for Canyon customers.
