Digital Analytics & Web Performance Specialist

What You Will Do
As Digital Analytics & Web Performance Specialist, you will be the go-to person for digital performance analysis at HQ level and for operational support to local markets. You will have full ownership of the CRO and A/B testing platforms adopted by the company, independently managing vendor relationships,
account configuration and day-to-day analytical support to internal stakeholders. Your work will have a direct impact on the optimization of the user experience across the Group’s websites and on the effectiveness of each market’s digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Stakeholder Support
- Collect, interpret and respond to analysis requests from local markets, acting as the dedicated point of contact for all Google Analytics 4 (GA4)-related needs.
- Produce advanced reports and custom dashboards to monitor digital KPIs, traffic trends, user behavior and website performance, tailoring outputs to each market’s needs.
- Manage CRM analytics, campaigns results and revenues contributions, integrating data across the funnel.
- Proactively identify insights, anomalies and optimization opportunities through continuous data analysis, supporting HQ and local stakeholders in strategic decisions.
