Position Context & MissionAs part of Campari Group's Advanced Integrated Planning (AIP) transformation, the Global Planning Center of Excellence (CoE) plays a critical role in shaping the future of Demand & S&OP; across the organization.
The Global Planning CoE Manager – Demand & S&OP; acts as the capability owner of global demand planning and S&OP; standards, driving the design, governance, and adoption of a best-in-class, AI-enabled planning operating model.
This role is accountable for ensuring consistent global standards, scalable processes,
and strong adoption across regions, acting as a key enabler of the company's planning transformation and decision-making agility.
Global Standards & GovernanceDefine and continuously improve global Demand & S&OP; processes, models, governance, and KPIsDesign and implement standard operating models, including planning cadence, RACI, and hand-offsEnsure end-to-end consistency across regions, minimizing local deviations and exceptionsAct as guardian of data integrity, KPI definitions, and planning assumptions frameworks2.
