At our Modena plant, production continuity depends on one key factor: having the right materials, at the right time.
As a Material Planning Manager,
you will play a critical role in ensuring this happens every day — balancing supplier performance, production needs, and inventory efficiency in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
If you enjoy solving complex operational challenges and working close to production, this role offers direct visibility on results and real business impact.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Ensure material availability in line with production schedules;
- Monitor supplier deliveries and proactively manage delays or risks;
- Act as a key point of contact between suppliers, production, and internal stakeholders;
- Prevent and manage critical shortages, ensuring quick resolution;
- Maintain high inventory accuracy and consistency between systems and physical stock;
- Lead and coordinate material planning activities and team priorities;
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives on logistics flows and planning processes.
