change management and transformation initiatives.Lead workforce planning and succession planning together with business leaders.Support employee engagement and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.Advise on employee relations and Italian labor law while ensuring compliance with local regulations.Use HR analytics and business insights to identify trends and recommend data-driven actions.Act as a trusted partner during periods of growth, change and organizational transformation.What you bring to the teamSeveral years of experience as a People / HR Business Partner in an international and matrix organization.Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices across the employee lifecycle.Proven experience in leadership coaching, organizational development and change management.Ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders through trust and business insight.Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder manag
