Key Responsibilities: Financial Oversight: Understand and manage budgetary and P&L; components, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and develop staff into brand ambassadors, fostering a culture of exceptional customer service.
Workforce Management: Create and adjust work schedules in line with forecasting and budgetary guidelines.
Departmental Leadership: Run a cost centre or department, ensuring smooth operations and brand consistency.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with all teams to execute systems and processes that deliver high-quality products and services.
Team Development: Assist in building a high-performing team that aligns with the restaurant’s vision and values.
Retail & Sales Growth: Implement brand standards in retail operations while identifying innovative opportunities to boost sales through guest and staff engagement.
Guest-Centric Culture: Foster an environment where guest satisfaction is the top priority, meeting or exceeding brand benchmarks.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain service standards to ensure guest expectations are consistently met.
Music & Guest Engagement: Connect with guests through knowledge of music trends and history.
Talent Acquisition & Retention: Support leadership in recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent, placing them in roles that maximize their potential.
