The opportunity
The Digital Content Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering digital content initiatives across ey.com and related platforms. The role ensures content production, optimization and publishing activities are delivered efficiently, consistently and in alignment with business priorities, governance requirements and evolving technology capabilities. This is a delivery-focused role that translates content priorities into structured project plans and coordinates execution across multiple teams and regions. A key focus of the role is identifying opportunities to modernize content operations through the adoption of AI, automation and emerging technologies, continuously improving ways of working to increase efficiency, scalability and quality. The role drives operational transformation by redesigning workflows,
reducing manual effort, optimizing processes and helping teams adapt to new technology-enabled delivery models that improve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital content initiatives, including content optimization programs, publishing process improvements, workflow transformation initiatives and platform-related projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, milestones, dependencies and reporting to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate delivery across BMC, SEO, GDS, regional teams and product/platform stakeholders to ensure priorities, timelines and responsibilities remain aligned.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues and dependencies, proactively driving resolution and escalation where required.
