IT Manager
The company operates in a technologically advanced manufacturing environment, where the reliability, security and efficiency of IT systems are key elements in ensuring business continuity and supporting organizational development.
The position is part of a path of consolidation, optimization and progressive evolution of the company's IT environment and represents a key role in ensuring the reliability of the infrastructure, improving process efficiency and maintaining appropriate levels of security and business continuity.
Position Purpose
Reporting directly to senior management, the IT Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the company's IT environment , ensuring the proper functioning, monitoring and evolution of systems and technological infrastructure.
The position will oversee infrastructure and systems, ensuring reliability, security,
business continuity and appropriate service levels, while effectively managing relationships with suppliers, technology partners and software providers.
The role will also have a strong mandate for optimization, efficiency and development of the IT environment , with particular focus on investment planning, budget management, cybersecurity and the introduction of solutions and processes supporting the company's evolution.
Key Areas of Responsibility
· Oversee and coordinate the company's IT environment , ensuring the proper operation, monitoring and development of systems and infrastructure.
· Ensure reliability, security and business continuity of IT systems , promptly identifying critical issues and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
· Manage Microsoft environments and Windows operating systems , ensuring proper maintenance, configuration and upgrades.
· Oversee Active Directory, identity management
