Transactional Senior Associate/Junior Partner
Multiple Locations | Full-time
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
King Law Offices, PC, a well-established and respected transactional firm, is seeking an experienced transactional attorney to join our team as a Senior Associate or Junior Partner. Manage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular updates to clients
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Engage in negotiation and mediation efforts to resolve disputes amicably
Participate in business development initiatives, including networking events and client meetings
D.
from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing with a state bar association
2-10 years of experience practicing family law
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
Strong negotiation and mediation skills
Experience in business development and networking activities is a plus
