- Implement and maintain PLM/ALM systems to support product development and software engineering processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, IT infrastructure, and other departments to define and document requirements for PLM/ALM solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to users of PLM/ALM systems.
- Develop and enforce best practices for data management, version control, and change management.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in PLM/ALM technologies.
Education

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with PLM/ALM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Siemens Polarion, Microsoft Azure DevOps).
- Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Strong understanding of product development and software engineering processes.
- Experience with PLM/ALM solutions.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Business fluent in English (minimum B1 Level). xysqume
- Willing to travel up to 10% (mainly to CH).
