The Role We are looking for a strong Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to join our team and support the optimization of manufacturing processes, product data, and production flow within a structured industrial environment. In this role, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of product structures, bills of materials, and production routings, while also playing an active role in improving manufacturing efficiency and supporting Lean initiatives on the shop floor.



This position is ideal for a manufacturing professional who combines solid technical knowledge with a practical mindset and a strong interest in process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain product codes, bills of materials (BoMs), and production routings in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of technical and production data across drawings, specifications, and ERP systems.
- Define, review, and update manufacturing routings, including operations, work centers, and standard times.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Planning, Production, and Quality to collect, validate, and align technical information.
- Support the use and continuous improvement of technical data within the company ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics.
- Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes, data structure, and workflow efficiency.
