Our Enterprise Security Group is responsible for developing and selling Enterprise Access, Microsegmentation, and Interaction Security (Akamai Workforce Protector, formerly LayerX) products, while helping customers safely adopt AI and SaaS by closing the visibility and control gaps that traditional network and endpoint security leave behind.

As a Senior ESA, you’ll be the technical evangelist supporting customers with the adoption of our products and services. You’ll play a pivotal role in demonstrating the value of our solutions, helping to close the sale. Our goal is to navigate an evolution within customers to a more secure, dynamic and agile infrastructure.
As a Senior Enterprise Security Architect , you will be responsible for:
- Owning, shaping, and running proof-of-concepts, beta programs, and pre-sales activities with customers and partner teams
- Diving into enterprise architecture discovery and hands-on software configuration
- Strategizing with and assisting customers as they move to more agile, secure, identity centric security models
- Taking a consultative approach to solutions and solving challenges around next generation security transformation
- Educating and enabling internal teams and partners regarding our Enterprise solution portfolios to motivate effective sales strategies
- Influencing product roadmaps and ensuring the inclusion of business priorities and requirements of customers
