Responsibilities
- Ensure Daily Standard Operations in Room Service
- Meet Daily the Manager and report the night shift and
- Ensure the Policy & Procedure of Order Taken
- Professionalism and employee presence, and very well personal grooming
- presentation
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required and directed
- Offering excellent products and services, product knowledge and sequence service
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns and request
- raised by guests
- The ability to handle and complete multiple tasks
Qualifications
- Food service experience in luxury hotels and/or stand-alone restaurants or restaurant groups, preferably in the same position and international experience would be an asset.
- You should have attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and bring your personal touch and e
