Job description
The IT Infrastructure & Network Specialist will join CIM's ICT team and will primarily contribute to the design, implementation,
maintenance and evolution of network infrastructures supporting the Competence Center's activities and projects with partner companies.
The role will focus on LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and network security architectures, covering requirements analysis, technical design, device configuration, deployment, operational validation, monitoring and troubleshooting. As a complementary responsibility, the specialist may support CIM's internal IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365 services, user management, server systems, virtualization, backup and business-continuity tools. Areas of particular interest include:
- Design, implementation and maintenance of enterprise networks;
- Network security, segmentation, VPNs, firewalling and secure connectivity;
- Network monitoring, troubleshooting and performance optimization;
- Integration with server infrastructures, virtualization, cloud, edge and IT/OT environments;
- Optional support for CIM's internal IT, including Microsoft 365, user management, backup and bu
