About DigiKimolia
Digikimolia is a digital agency that works with law firms and nothing else. We were founded in 2021 by a practicing lawyer, and we act for law firms throughout Europe.
Our work falls into three areas:
Marketing. Websites and legal content, LinkedIn and social media, newsletters and press releases, thought leadership and legal articles, brand identity and visual design, and events.
Growth. Business development strategy, pitches and presentations, legal directories and rankings including Chambers and Legal 500, and the pipeline and CRM that runs behind them.
AI and technology. Selecting and implementing AI and technology inside legal practice, from workflow design through to rollout, training and adoption.
Our clients include some of the most established firms in their markets and for several of them we run all of it, as their exclusive legal marketing agency.
The role
You will work closely with the founder and CEO, on the same work he does, across both halves of the business: owning the client relationships we already have, and winning the ones we do not.
This is not the account management role you will have seen advertised elsewhere. You are not coordinating between a law firm and a production team, and you are not carrying thirty accounts. You will hold a small portfolio of law firms, you will advise them, and you will make a good deal of the work yourself. In practice that means daily contact with the founder in the first months, and a portfolio you own outright after that.
Owning the client relationship
You are the relationship, not the messenger. You are the person the firm calls, you plan its year with it, and you brief and quality control everything that goes out under its name, from a newsletter to a Legal 500 submission to a pitch deck. You will write and produce a fair amount of it yourself, because this is a small agency and everyone still makes the work. You will also keep the commercial side honest: scope, renewals, and spotting
