All products are manufactured under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards and comply with strict local regulatory requirements (e.g., Monitor, identify, and analyze public and private tender opportunities across assigned markets.
· Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance)
to collect required documentation, technical specifications, and commercial data.
· Prepare, draft, and assemble comprehensive, high-quality bid documentation in compliance with legal and procurement guidelines.
· Ensure strict adherence to submission deadlines, formal tender rules, and ISO/MDR regulatory standards.
· Track the status of submitted bids, maintain the internal tender database/CRM, and analyze success rates and market pricing strategies.
· Maintain relationships with external tender platforms, public authorities, and institutional partners.
Proven professional experience as a Tenders Specialist, Bid Manager, or Procurement/Contract Specialist (healthcare, medical devices, or mobility industry experience is highly advantageous).
· Strong understanding of public procurement laws, legal tender procedures, and official bid documentation standards.
