Overview Position Title: Trade Marketing Specialist Location: Vimercate and Monvalle, Italy
Hybrid: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote

The Role
The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for the definition and management of the brand Stanley in Italy, aligned with the product strategy defined from corporate. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product portfolios, new product launch, definition of pricing and margins, and developing and executing the trade strategy to drive business growth and profitability. The Trade Marketing Specialist develops both product and marketing strategies, defining product pricing and promotional activities to ensure targets are met. He/she handles the launch of new products presentation to relevant stakeholders.

Product Management: Oversees product lifecycle from launch to promotional strategy.
Conducts market analysis to guide product positioning and pricing.
Collaborates with sales and marketing for product launches and enhancements.
Monitors product performance and market trends for improvements.
Analyzes pricing and profitability to optimize margins.
Trade Marketing Strategy: Develops and implements trade marketing strategies to drive sales.
Conducts market research and competitor analysis.
Executes campaigns to increase brand awareness and product adoption.
Accountability: Aligns company strategy with key customers and account plans.
Maintains strong communication with stakeholders.
Ensures commercial materials are well-presented.
Achieves targets, drives growth, and identifies new sales opportunities.
