They are a global group operating in the diagnostics industry, with a complex international footprint and a broad transformation agenda involving enterprise platforms, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, process digitalization, advanced analytics and the future use of data and AI across the company. Given the current context, the Client needs torapidly onboard a new Corporate Chief Information Officer(CIO) to ensurecontinuity of leadershipacross the Group IT organization. Reporting to the Chief Information & Digital Officer (CIDO) and coordinating a team of about 80 resources plus externals, the CIO will ensure reliable, secure and scalable enterprise technology services across all geographies.
The CIO will act as abusiness-oriented technology leader , combining operational excellence with the ability to build consensus, establish trust across the organization and promote a strong customer-focused culture. The goal will be to ensure that technology becomes a practical accelerator of business performance by delivering reliable global services, supporting business continuity,
enabling enterprise transformation programmes and ensuring that employees and business functions across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D;, Commercial Operations, Customer Service, Quality Systems, Finance, HR and Corporate Functions can rely on effective technology platforms to execute their work. Acting as the execution partner of the CIDO,theCIO will translate business priorities into scalable, sustainable and cost-effective technology solutions, while supporting the Company's broader technology transformation agenda.
