Minimum Qualifications:
Education: One of the following:
Bachelor's degree in a human services field
Associate's degree in a human services field and two years of full‐time direct service experience
High school diploma/GED and four years of full‐time human services experience
Experience: Experience providing direct services to individuals with mental health needs, including counseling, case management, crisis intervention, and service coordination.
Certifications/Licenses:
No specific license required.
Must be able to travel within the community; a valid driver's license may be preferred depending on assignment.
Work Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Work Location Requirement: Onsite / Community‐based field work (regular travel to consumer residences).
