We specialize in the mobile games and digital entertainment space, helping our clients gain meaningful insights through online quantitative research. Our mission is to connect authentic members with our clients’ market research surveys, delivering accurate feedback that helps shape the future of mobile games and beyond. We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager who is energetic, proactive, and motivated to grow with us. This person will play a role in building strong relationships with our partners and ensuring smooth collaboration across projects. You’ll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making are key.
Build and maintain positive relationships with partners,
helping ensure a great client experience.
Support new and existing clients and help guide them through our processes.
Work with data and reports to understand performance and identify useful insights.
Help identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
Work closely with different teams to solve client-related questions and challenges.
Learn and adapt to company tools, processes, technologies, and new topics.
Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Support, or another client-facing role is preferred.
A background or interest in gaming, mobile games, or digital entertainment is a plus.
Good communication skills and confidence when speaking with clients, partners, and new people.
Able to manage different tasks and priorities with support from the team.
