Monday to Friday | 08:00–17:00
Payroll processing, monthly reporting, tax and social security requirements will be part of your day-to-day.
You’ll manage employee payroll activities from attendance data to payslips, working on monthly and annual requirements and supporting the administration of employment contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare attendance data and pre/post-payroll reports
- Process payslips and related tax and social security requirements
- Manage monthly activities including accounting checks, F24, Uniemens, sickness and workplace injuries
- Support annual requirements including CU, 770 and INAIL self-assessment
- Manage hiring, contract changes and employment terminations
- Liaise with INPS, INAIL, pension funds and the Italian Revenue Agency
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll,
within a structured company or professional firm
- Good knowledge of payroll software
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Good command of English
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Accuracy, reliability and discretion when handling confidential information
Nice to have:
experience with TeamSystem and knowledge of current employment regulations, including apprenticeships, incentives, TFR management and dismissals.
