Our client is a well-established Italian company specializing in the design and production of premium motorcycle helmets, with a strong presence across major international markets. For more than fifty years, the company has developed highly technical solutions, combining engineering expertise with a deep understanding of riders' needs and the motorcycle community.
As part of a new phase of growth, the company is strengthening its marketing function to further consolidate brand positioning, develop new market opportunities, and create an increasingly effective connection between products, distribution channels, and the end-customer experience.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for translating brand strategy, product priorities, and commercial objectives into impactful marketing initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of Creation & Marketing, the successful candidate will lead the execution of campaigns, product launches, and brand activation activities, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution, while coordinating efforts across Marketing,
Product Management, Sales, Headquarters, E-commerce, and external partners.
The role also includes the management of a team of three professionals: two dedicated to Social Media and one focused on Marketing Operations & Internal Communications.
Marketing Strategy, Planning & Market Intelligence
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans based on brand, product, and business strategies defined in collaboration with the Head of Creation & Marketing.
Drive the implementation of the annual marketing calendar through campaigns, product launches, and market activation initiatives.
Lead market intelligence activities by analyzing industry trends, consumer insights, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure a consistent brand experience across all consumer, retail, digital, event, and partnership touchpoints.
