Role & Project Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting the People & Culture Manager and the HR Supervisor in the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting job ads on relevant platforms (job boards, social media, career site), CV screening, shortlisting, and scheduling Teams and in-person interviews.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and upholding Reschio’ s standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Coordinate the interview feedback process, ensuring prompt communication and a professional candidate experience that reflects Reschio’ s values and employer brand.
Proactively attract passive candidates via social media and professional networks. Build and maintain an active talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Prepare candidate rep
