What’s ‘in-Store’?
This role is ideal for someone in the early stages of their legal career who is keen to develop broad commercial legal experience within a global business. Working closely with the European Director of Legal and experienced colleagues across Europe,
you’ll support a variety of legal and commercial activities, helping business teams navigate contractual, compliance, and operational matters.
Commercial contracts and customer agreements
Contract management and governance
Data privacy and regulatory compliance
Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Services, and Legal teams
As Legal Counsel, you will provide practical day-to-day legal support to teams across Europe, helping ensure contracts and business activities are managed effectively and in line with company policies. You’ll assist with reviewing agreements, identifying potential risks, supporting compliance initiatives, and contributing to successful commercial outcomes.
Along the way, you’ll develop your understanding of how legal advice supports business growth within a fast-paced technology organisation.

Review, draft, and support the negotiation of customer, supp
