Do you love Milan and enjoy sharing its style, history, and culture with French-speaking visitors from around the world? Guydeez is looking for passionate local hosts to provide private, personalized cultural experiences for small groups.
This freelance role is ideal for locals who enjoy storytelling, cultural exchange, and creating authentic experiences. No professional experience is required — just enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a genuine connection to Milan.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany French-speaking guests during personalized experiences in Milan
- Share authentic stories, cultural insights, and local recommendations
- Introduce guests to Milan’s neighborhoods, landmarks, hidden gems, and local life
- Adapt each experience to guests’ interests and preferences
- Ensure smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experiences for all participants
- Optionally host food-focused or culinary experiences
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Milan’s history, culture, and main attractions
- Fluent French speaker — French is required for this position
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused personality
- Comfortable hosting experiences lasting 3 to 8 hours
Nice to Have:
- Passion for local food and culinary experiences
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or similar roles
