Job Summary
We are looking for an EUC L1 Support Engineer to provide first-level end-user computing support at our Florence location. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in desktop support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, user administration, and incident management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 technical support to end users for hardware, software, network, and desktop-related issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows desktops/laptops, peripherals, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and standard business applications.
- Handle user account, password, access, and basic Active Directory-related requests.
- Log, categorize,
prioritize, and track incidents and service requests through the ITSM/ticketing system.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for connectivity, VPN, Wi-Fi, and network-related issues.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L2/L3 teams as required.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including device setup and user access.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and knowledge articles.
- Follow IT support processes, security policies
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: €170.00 - €180.00 per day
