Supply Chain Manager:
We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end operations within our manufacturing plant in Isola della Scala, ensuring seamless flow from demand planning to delivery.
Role porpuse:
Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role impact at the heart of operations, combining strategy, execution, and people leadership, with a direct contribution to business performance and customer satisfaction.
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations: from demand planning and production scheduling to warehousing and distribution
- Ensure on-time delivery, optimal inventory levels and efficient logistics flows
- Translate market demand into robust production and material plans aligned with global allocation
- Drive performance through KPIs,
data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Inspire and lead the team, supporting professional growth through coaching and development
- Act as a key contributor within the Site Leadership Team, shaping site strategy and results
- Lead change initiatives in a strong transformation context to enhance operational excellence
Requirements:
- Proven experience (ideally 8-12 years) in Supply Chain/Operations roles, managing warehouses.
- Preferred experience in regulated, high-complexity environments (e.g., pharma, food, FMCG).
- Inventory/replenishment planning skills and KPI-driven performance improvement mindset; solid supplier management.
- Strong leadership/people management, negotiation, and change- management skills.
- Strong Knowledge of SAP; Excel and reporting capabilities.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable and results-driven culture
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
Salary range: €65.000/80.000
