Panerai is seeking a Strategic Planning Director based in Milan to co-develop cohesive 360-degree marketing and communication strategies and drive flawless execution across departments. The role interfaces with Product Marketing and Commercial teams to enhance brand image and growth.

Reporting to Brand Communication Director, you will lead the 360 yearly plan, oversee market insights, and coordinate with markets to ensure strategic alignment and impact within a luxury brand context.
