Your role:

As a Project Engineering Manager, you will be part of the Medium Voltage Switchgear business, contributing to the successful execution and delivery of Medium Voltage Switchgear projects. Your day-to-day activities will include project execution, technical and commercial coordination, and close collaboration with customers, engineering teams, manufacturing plants and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability.

You’llmake an impact by:

- Lead the execution of Medium Voltage Switchgear projects in accordance with contractual, technical and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing and logistics activities while managing project schedules, budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with customers, Siemens factories, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery and technical compliance.

What makes you a great match:

Core Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience in project management within the electrical or power distribution sector.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or equivalent technical background.




- Knowledge of Medium Voltage switchgear and power distribution systems.

Strong customer-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to interpret technical specifications and electrical documentation.
- Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken.
- Availability for travel to customer sites, factories and suppliers when required.
- Strong results orientation, problem-solving attitude and teamwork skills.

The pay range for this position is €50.000–€65.000 annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
