Hotel Artemide is currently recruiting a **Front Office Receptionist** to join our highly successful team. We offer a fixed-term contract to replace a worker on maternity leave, with the possibility of extension into an open-term contract. You should have a warm, personable nature, with an eye for detail and a ‘can do’ attitude. You will be expected to achieve a level of service through the constant monitoring of our established standards. As a result, you should be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards. In this type of industry, teamwork is key; you should be a strong team player willing to lend a hand wherever needed. Shift work including nights is required. **Duties will include**: - Meeting and greeting guests upon arrival.
- Performing check-in and check-out duties.
- Answering the main telephone switchboard and assisting guests with any enquiries.
- Daily cashier duties.
- Daily administration duties as required. **We need people who are full of personality and have**: - Great team working skills.
- A good level of English, spoken and written. Other languages preferred. Basic Italian required.
- A keen eye for detail.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- A real passion for delivering personal, fantastic, and memorable service to all our guests.
- The ability to deal with our guests in a calm and professional manner. Ideally, you’ll have a customer service background and preferably experience in a similar role although we are happy to provide training and development for the right person.
