Since its opening in 1939, Rosa Alpina has offered its guests an unparalleled base for exploring Italy's UNESCO-protected Dolomites, celebrating the history of the property while uniting it with Aman's philosophy. **Role** Under the direct supervision of the Laundry Supervisor, The Laundry Attendant is responsible for providing high-quality laundering services to support the operations of a luxury hotel. This role ensures all guest garments, colleague uniforms, and hotel linens are cleaned, pressed, and presented to the highest standards of cleanliness and care. The Laundry Attendant plays a vital part in creating a refined guest experience through attention to detail and consistent service delivery. **Responsibilities**
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing according to hotel standards.
- Operate commercial laundry machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect all laundry items for stains or damage and treat them accordingly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area at all times.
- Follow proper procedures for handling and returning guest laundry and dry-cleaning items.
- Use appropriate detergents and chemicals in line with fabric care instructions and hotel guidelines.
- Track linen usage and report any shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.
- Assist in inventory control of laundry supplies and chemicals.
- Support eco-friendly practices by minimizing waste and energy usage.
- Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. **Requirements**: - Previous experience in laundry operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with fabric care, stain removal, and laundry equipment.
- Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
