We are looking for an individual who demonstrates the core values of the Haier's attitude: entrepreneurship and innovation, zero distance to consumers and IoT & Ecosystem thinking. A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.
Key activities and areas of responsibility
- Support the execution of cross-channel brand content and digital-first activations across the Haier, Candy, and Hoover portfolios, ensuring strong coherence between brand concepts, visual image, media deployment, and final execution across channels.
- Oversee and maintain brand strategy & content consistency across major consumer touchpoints, including official brand websites, e-retailer pages (e.G., Amazon), social media platforms, and digital media channels.
- Assist in managing campaign planning and the creative workflow from concept to delivery, supporting the supervision of content delivery, production activities (including shooting coordination), and performance optimization (such as content testing).
- Act as a key operational point of contact to coordinate creative assets, briefs, and content delivery schedules with external creative agencies and regional marketing teams across Europe.
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Digital Experience,
Customer Insights Event & Sponsorship teams to ensure seamless message alignment and brand consistency across all online and offline touchpoints.
- Monitor and track brand KPI performance, helping gather data and build structured, visually effective reports to measure content impact and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in gathering media plans, centralizing digital assets, supervising localized content deployment, and preparing compelling presentation materials for internal alignments and strategy reviews.
- Contribute to evolving the internal brand culture toward a contemporary, digital-savvy, and data-informed mindset.
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, or Economics.
- Hard Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint for clean, structured, and visually compelling presentations; Excel and Word).
- Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design and visual tools is a plus.
- Previous working experience or prior internships (even in adjacent fields) showing familiarity with corporate environment dynamics are preferred.
- Social media understanding, content management or digital media understanding are nice to have.
- Basic knowledge or early-adopter experience with AI tools and agents to support day-to-day productivity.
- Soft Skills:
- High agility, flexibility, and a proactive attitude (curiosity, strong sense of ownership, and reliability on deadlines).
- Strong collaborative spirit and teamwork attitude (transparent communication, sharing knowledge, cross-functional alignment).
- Sharp attention to detail combined with a passion for creative projects and the digital ecosystem.
- Languages: Fluent English (Written & Spoken) is a non-negotiable requirement. xysqume
