The school is accredited to deliver the IB Diploma Programme, and English is the language of instruction.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Lead the implementation, development, and evaluation of the IBDP, ensuring full alignment with IB policies and practices.
- Coordinate internal and external assessments, including examination logistics, predicted grades, and data analysis.
- Liaise with the IBO and ensure that all regulatory requirements, documentation, and deadlines are met.
- Monitor academic progress and ensure robust systems for tracking, feedback, and intervention.
- Promote a culture of inquiry, critical thinking, and international mindedness across the school.
- Contribute to school improvement planning and wider whole-school initiatives. **THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**: - Significant experience teaching in the IB Diploma Programme.
- Prior experience in an IB leadership role (Coordinator, Examiner, Workshop Leader, or School Evaluator is desirable).
- Expertise in IB assessment strategies and the development of concept-based and inquiry-driven learning.
- A collaborative leadership style and strong communication skills to lead and inspire staff and students.
- A passion for continuous professional development and fostering academic excellence.
- A clear understanding of the challenges and opportunities of international education.
