The Visual Merchandiser we’re looking for is responsible for creating a positive and engaging shopping experience by delivering high-quality retail displays and creative visual merchandising solutions. This role contributes to store performance by designing environments that attract attention, guide customer flow, enhance product presentation, and create meaningful emotional connections with customers. The Visual Merchandiser also plays a key role in translating brand identity into compelling in-store narratives, building visual guidelines that strengthen the brand message and help customers connect with the story behind each collection. **What you'll do**: - Develop visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand image and market trends
- Plan store layouts and product arrangements based on commercial goals
- Collaborate with buying and marketing teams to ensure consistency across campaigns, collaborations, and product initiatives
- Monitor sales performance linked to visual merchandising setups, identifying opportunities for optimization
- Create visual layouts and in-store displays that highlight products and ensure overall aesthetic coherence
- Design window displays and select appropriate props and elements to enhance store appeal and reinforce brand identity
- Select and coordinate products to create complete looks that tell a cohesive and emotionally engaging story
- Update in-store displays and windows to reflect new collections and seasonal changes
- Train sales staff on visual merchandising techniques and the importance of brand presentation
- Support store teams in maintaining visual standards and executing guidelines effectively **What we’re looking for**: - Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail dynamics
