MSX is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Helpdesk Agent to join our team.As a Technical Helpdesk Agent, you will provide first-line technical support to the dealer network, helping resolve vehicle-related technical issues and ensuring excellent service levels.Your key responsibilities will include:Providing technical support to dealers via phone and ticketing systemsDiagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle-related technical issuesEscalating complex cases when necessary and ensuring timely follow-upCollaborating with internal technical teams and stakeholdersSupporting dealers in identifying effective solutions and best practicesMaintaining high-quality service standards and customer satisfactionParticipating in technical training and continuous learning activitiesQualificationsWe are looking for a customer-oriented professional with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.You will also have:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferredFluent Italian and good English language skills (B2 level or above)Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and internal combustion enginesAbility to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issuesExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinkingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with ticketing systems and Microsoft Office applicationsPrevious experience in automotive technical support, workshop environments, or aftersales activities is an advantageStrong willingness to learn and develop professionallyAdditional InformationAt MSX, our employees are the driving force behind our success.
