[Wind Energy] Senior Business Manager

This is a fully remote field-based role with no daily office attendance required. You will be based in (Milan, Italy) and take charge of local & regional client development, business visits and market expansion with necessary regional travel.

Requirements

1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with a science/engineering background or industry marketing experience are preferred.
2. Candidates with market resources and industry experience related to wind power are preferred.
3. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with fluency in the local language of the target market.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct market research and be responsible for identifying, acquiring,



and following up on leads and business opportunities.
2. Be responsible for securing project orders, conducting business negotiations, signing contracts, achieving sales targets, and meeting “two-fund” targets, including accounts receivable and inventory-related targets.
3. Be responsible for key account development and customer relationship maintenance, as well as identifying market opportunities in key regions and planning ahead.
4. Undertake the business unit’s development targets and support other departments in market expansion-related work.
