/ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliAct as the primary Finance Business Partner to the General Manager and commercial leadership team, providing financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations to support revenue growth, profitability, and achievement of business objectives.
/liliLead budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and financial modelling processes, ensuring alignment between financial targets and business strategy.
/liliProvide timely and accurate business performance reporting, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to local, regional, and functional stakeholders to support effective decision-making.
/liliAnalyze commercial and financial performance through KPI monitoring, profitability analysis, customer and category performance reviews, and variance analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks.
/liliDrive cash flow performance and working capital optimization through effective forecasting, receivables management, inventory oversight, and liquidity planning.
/liliEnsure compliance with local statutory requirements and Sunstar policies, coordinating with outsourced accounting providers, auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
/liliStrengthen financial governance, internal controls, and risk management processes to safeguard company assets and support sustainable business growth.
/liliLead finance-related transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging systems and digital tools (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, BI solutions) to improve efficiency, reporting quality, and business insights.
/liliManage and develop the local finance team, fostering a high-performance culture, building capabilities, and ensuring business continuity.
/liliContribute as a member of the local leadership team, supporting broader organizational initiatives and sharing responsibility for selected administrative or operational matters typical of a lean and agile business environment.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWHAT WE#39;RE LOOKING FOR /strong /ppstrongQualification /strong /pulliUniversity degree with specialization in Finance / Accounting (essential) /liliBusiness fluent in English (both writing and speaking)
