Sales Assistant - Fix Term Contract
The Mall Firenze (Leccio Outlet)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to €28,000 per year , based on experience and profile.
- Full-Time Role: 40 hours per week.
- Fixed-term contract until December 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep up-to-date with product collections; have deep product knowledge.
- Assist with daily operations: maintaining floor, stockroom, visual merchandising.
- Deliver excellent customer service: managing the client journey, after-sales, building client relationships.
- Act as brand ambassador, curate the client experience.
Requirements / Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in premium or luxury fashion / retail.
- Experience working with KPIs , CRM , and client appointments.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Strong interpersonal, communication,
clienteling skills.
