Role
Hisense Italy is seeking
a Key Account Manager with a professional background
:
Sales experience with solid MDA market knowledge.
Understanding of White Goods market dynamics, rules, and key players.
Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic, and flexible environment.
Excellent negotiation skills and target-driven with strict KPIs.
Proactive in generating ideas and exploring new solutions to accelerate business growth.
Main responsibilities:
Define and execute customer plans aligned with brand and category strategies to meet company targets for assigned portfolios.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and negotiate annual agreements.
Plan orders and negotiate programs with customers to meet monthly targets.
Identify new business opportunities, set benchmarks, and expand market presence.
Design promotional activities and marketing materials to achieve business objectives.
Analyze sell-in and sell-out data and propose actionable strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts and conduct monthly reviews.
Assess ROI of promotional activities.
Manage sales policy investments and internal approval processes.
Required Skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective time management and prioritization.
Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
