You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the company's employment needs.

and onboarding candidates /liliYou will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements /liliYou will draft Job Descriptions with hiring manager and post JD on job portals /liliYou will source candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, networking, active search and employee referrals /liliYou will screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and personality fit /liliYou will coordinate and schedule interview /liliYou will ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process /liliYou will negotiate job offers and follow up with candidates on complete process /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /ppbr / /pulliBachelor's/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field /liliA minimum of 2 - 3 years' working experience in Recruitment /liliFamiliarity with recruitment software (such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Portals) /liliStrong interviewing and assessment skills /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /liliAbility to multitask and handle multiple job openings simultaneously /liliKnowledge of employer branding and talent acquisition strategies /liliProblem-solving critical thinking /liliTime management /liliFull professional fluency in English - Please note that this is a fully English-speaking working environment /li /ulpbr / /pulliPackage: Gross salary from 28K + Meal Voucher Welfare /li /ulpbr / /p
