ph3Secondary Distribution Warehouse Coordinator /h3 pWe are looking for a Secondary Distribution Warehouse Coordinator to join our Secondary Distribution team Italy, based in Legnano (Milan).
This role plays a key part in coordinating a network of external warehouse providers across Northern Italy, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, service, and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will work closely with logistics service providers and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
This role has a strong focus on performance management, KPI analysis and data-driven decision making.
The successful candidate will transform operational data into actionable insights, identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decisions aimed at optimizing warehouse efficiency, service quality and cost performance .
/p h3What you will do /h3 pCoordinate and monitor daily warehouse operations managed by external logistics providers (3PLs) /p pEnsure high service levels, inventory accuracy and operational performance across /p pand operational data to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities /p pDevelop reports and performance reviews to support data-driven decision making /p pMonitor logistics performance through KPIs, business reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives /p pAnalyze KPIs and operational data to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities /p pDrive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity /p pBuild strong relationships with logistics providers and participate in regular operational review meetings /p pCollaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Transportation and other key stakeholders to optimize logistics processes /p pSupport compliance with safety, quality, sustainability and operational standards /p h3Who you are /h3 pDegree in Logistics, Supply Chain,
