Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced cardiac surgical procedures including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repairs/replacements, and other complex interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and critical care specialists to provide comprehensive cardiac care.
- Participate actively in clinical research and teaching initiatives within the university healthcare setting.
- Provide expert preoperative and postoperative management and follow-up care to optimize patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative surgical techniques and protocols.
- Mentor and train surgical residents and fellows, fostering the next generation of cardiac surgeons.
- Maintain adherence to hospital policies, medical standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Board certification or eligibility in Cardiac Surgery.
- Extensive experience in cardiac surgery, preferably within an academic or tertiary care center.
- Demonstrated excellence in surgical skill and patient management.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.
- Track record of academic contributions (publications, presentations) is desirable.
