p pRINA is currently recruiting for a Certification Project Manager to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Mediterranean Africa Certification Division.
/p h3Mission /h3 pThe Project Manager ensures the operational coordination of Scheme Owner portal management and monitoring activities, guaranteeing alignment between internal systems and external platforms, as well as compliance with timelines and requirements defined by the scheme owners.
/p pThe role involves constant functional interaction with an international pool of operators dedicated to data entry and monitoring, ensuring consistency, data quality, and operational alignment in processes related to Decarbonization Food schemes /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liOperational coordination of activities /li liCoordinate and orchestrate operational activities, including: ul lidata entry in scheme owner portals /li liupdating files and documentation /li limonitoring certification progress status /li /ul /li liEnsure consistent execution of activities among the different parties involved /li liInteraction with the operational pool /li liInteract on a daily basis with the pool of operators dedicated to data entry and monitoring, including at international level /li liProvide operational guidance, priorities, and clarifications according to process needs /li liEnsure proper information flow among operators, internal systems, and external portals /li liVerify the consistency of activities performed against defined standards /li liPlanning and monitoring /li liEnsure compliance with milestones and timelines defined by scheme owners /li liMonitor KPIs and SLAs related to portal activities /li liPromptly identify deviations and operational issues /li liSystem alignment and data quality /li liEnsure consistency between data entered in scheme owner portals and internal systems /li liOversee the quality, completeness,



and updating of information /li liSupport the adoption of operational standards and monitoring workflows /li liStakeholder interaction /li liInterface with: ul lioperational functions, including Planners, Auditors, and PMs /li litechnical and commercial contacts /li lischeme owner counterparts /li /ul /li liCoordinate the collection, validation, and sharing of required information /li liPerformance monitoring and improvement /li liAnalyze operational inefficiencies, including delays, errors, rework, and penalty risks /li liPromote corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives /li liContribute to the standardization of portal management processes /li /ul h3Education /h3 pBachelor's Degree in Engineering General /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of experience managing a team of people on projects of moderate size/complexity and/or multiple projects simultaneously with a solid track record of successfully leading projects from initiation to completion on time, on budget, and within scope, including resource management across discipline /li liTechnical Professional Skills ul liKnowledge of KPIs, SLAs, and monitoring tools /li liExperience with digital portals and information systems /li liExcellent command of Excel; Power BI is preferred /li liBasic knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma /li liGood command of English /li /ul /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liAbility to coordinate operations and align distributed stakeholders /li liClear and effective communication in international contexts /liliAccuracy and attention to data quality /li liProblem solving and continuous improvement mindset /li /ul h3Competencies /h3 ul liWORKPLACE DYNAMICS - Resourcefulness in shaping progress and working efficiently.

/li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pThe salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance with bCCNL RINA /b (CNEL code I480).
/p pThe gross annual salary range foreseen is between b€ ****** and € ****** /b and will be finally defined on candidate's professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role.
/p pIn addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
