/p pbThe Senior Project Manager /b will often manage multiple projects at different development stage, from licensing process to handover to final client.
Manage a healthy relationship with project stakeholders like clients, subcontractors, etc.
Reviews regular progress reports and makes staffing, financial, or other adjustments to align the developing project with broader outcome goals.
/p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liMonitor, administer and control assigned Greenfield and Co-development activities.
/li liVerify and validate land leases.
/li liManage the activities necessary to incorporate the Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).
/li liVerify and validate design choices.
/li liMonitor, administer and control Service and/or Co-development contracts.
/li liPreparation of monthly reporting.
/li liAdministration and control of Budgets.
/li liSupporting MA activities.
/li liOngoing coordination with Procurement and Construction functions.
/li liVerify and validate additions to filed Projects when requested by authorizing bodies.
/li liAttend Conferences of Services organized by the authorizing bodies.
/li liComplete the handover to the business functions prepared for the construction, i.e., sale, of the authorized plant.
/li liEnsure all that is necessary for the safe and quality development of the entrusted line of Business.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity Degree in Engineering /li li7+ years of experience in similar roles /li liKnowledge of the energy market /li liConstruction Project Management /li liPositive Leadership /li liAdaptability and Proactivity /li liFluency in English is mandatory /li /ul pWe want an energy transition for everyone from everyone!
