/ppbr / /pp strongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliSupervise customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
/liliCoordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
/liliMonitor inventory levels, stock movements, and product availability to support business operations.
/liliHandle customer inquiries, returns, complaints, and order-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
/liliMaintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics and customer service activities.
/liliCollaborate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery performance.
/liliSupport product traceability and ensure proper use of SAP within daily operations.
/liliMonitor logistics and customer service KPIs and prepare periodic reports.
/liliAssist in the management of export documentation and compliance requirements.
/liliKnowledge of customs procedures (duties,clearence,etc...) and international trade compliance, supporting import/export operations and cross-border logistics activities.
/li /ulpbr / /pp strongRequirements: /strong /pulliUniversity degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
/liliMinimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Order Management, or similar roles within an international environment.
/liliAdvanced knowledge of SAP (strongmandatory /strong).
/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and data analysis.
/liliFluent English (written and spoken).
/liliStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
/liliCustomer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
/liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
