/liliDevelop financial analyses and business cases to support productivity and cost optimization projects.
/liliMonitor and analyze operational KPIs, strongcustomer profitability, product platform profitability and margin evolution.
/strong /liliSupport budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning activities.
/liliDrive cross-functional financial analysis across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and other business functions.
/liliLead Working Capital optimization initiatives and monitor performance against targets.
/liliSupport strongmonthly business performance /strong reviews with management teams.
/liliPerform scenario analysis and provide financial recommendations to support business decisions.
/lilistrongPrepare ad hoc financial analyses /strongand management presentations.
/liliParticipate in monthly closing and reporting processes.
/liliSupport internal and external audit activities.
/liliPromote financial discipline, process improvements and best practices across the organization.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat We're Looking For /strong /pulliProven experience in Controlling, Finance, FPA or similar roles.
/liliExperience within structured international organizations.
/liliStrong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
/liliProven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence decisions across different organizational levels.
/liliAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
/liliStrong communication and presentation skills.
/liliProactive, business-oriented approach with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongEducation Technical Skills /strong /ppstrongDegree in: /strong /pulliEconomics /liliFinance /liliManagement Engineering /lilior a related field.
/li /ulpstrongYou should also have: /strong /pullistrongAdvanced English, /strong both written and spoken,
for reporting, presentations and business discussions.
/liliStrong knowledge of SAP and/or AS400.
/liliAdvanced proficiency instrong Microsoft Excel.

/liliExposure to Manufacturing and Supply Chain finance environments.
/liliExperience driving cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.
/liliPrevious experience in Working Capital optimization projects.
